This organization (with more than 20 locations in the US and abroad) is looking for an experienced and capable project manager who will be responsible for three key areas of their physical security program: 1) Vendor Management, 2) Security Technology (access control/CCTV,etc), and 3) Physical Security Operations.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a security function, plus written and spoken Spanish capabilities (mandatory).
You will supervise security vendors, administrate physical security technology systems, and enforce/iterate security policies/procedures.
This is a very hands on role for a flexible, adaptable and highly professional individual who is also collaborative, creative and diligent.
Travel will be ~ 20% with some international. Must be US work authorized.
Compensation is very market competitive with generous benefits, discretionary bonuses and 401K with employer matching.
