The Phlebotomist Float role at Labcorp involves performing blood collection and specimen preparation across various locations, providing excellent patient service, and handling administrative tasks. As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This unique role will allow you to develop your skills and set you up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization. If you like variety, this role is perfect for you!
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00AM - 5:00PM work hours will vary
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
Work Location: Austin & surrounding cities
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
