We have an opening for a part-time Accountant to join our team. This is a flexible position estimated at 16 hours per week assisting our Controller and FT Accountant with a variety of regular responsibilities and projects, including but not limited to:

-Support AP & AR duties
-Banking deposits & reconciliation
-Inventory tracking & BOL processing
-Month end tasks such as posting JE’s, tracking accruals and GL maintenance
-Product registration and compliance administration
-Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reporting
-Other related accounting admin duties as assigned
-Regularly assigned hours ideally 16 hrs/week, ranging 8-20 hours as needed

Qualifications Sought
-Solid accounting background. BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or 2+ years experience
-Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Bill.com, Vintrace, & Commerce 7 preferred
-Wine industry experience preferred
-Professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
-Excellent verbal and written English language skills
-Creative, open-minded, and adaptable person seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and highly flexible environment.

Role to begin fully in-person for onboarding, training, etc., with the potential to grow into a partially remote role if desired.
