Key Responsibilities:

• Precision in Action : Execute a variety of production tasks, both repetitive and unique, using production drawings, work instructions, and verbal guidance to create top-quality products.
• Master the Machines : Operate state-of-the-art equipment, including hydrogen furnaces, and handle industrial chemicals such as solvents, acetone, and acids with precision and safety.
• Quality at Its Best : Inspect and process parts under microscopes, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of excellence.
• Tech-Savvy Reporting : Accurately complete production paperwork and utilize computer-based systems to track job progress and part quality.
• Collaborate & Innovate : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and work both independently and as a key player in our supportive team environment.
• Always Ready : Embrace additional duties and challenges that keep our production process running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Foundation : High school diploma or GED.
• Experience Level : 0 to 1 year in a manufacturing environment—if you have experience in microscope work, even better!
• Mechanical Know-How : Basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment, plus experience with manual tools.
• Detail-Oriented Skills : Strong manual dexterity and keen eyesight for intricate work.
• Math & Tech Proficiency : Basic understanding of mathematics, along with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Physical Capability : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require repetitive hand, arm, and wrist motions.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Awesome to Have):

• Microscope Mastery : Experience with microscope work and blueprint reading.
• Tool Expertise : Familiarity with small hand tools, measuring tools, and soldering techniques.
• Manufacturing Passion : A background in manufacturing with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Stay Active : Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, with regular movement around the workspace.
• Safety First : Regular use of personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection.
• Commitment Matters : Regular, predictable attendance is essential, with the flexibility to work overtime and holidays as needed to meet business demands.

Schedule:

• Full-Time Focus : Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime to meet the exciting demands of our growing business.
