We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong data entry skills to join our team as a Document Imaging Clerk on 2nd shift!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Document Imaging Clerk plays a key role in our team, responsible for scanning departmental documents and ensuring the highest quality of all scanned materials. They will utilize internal software to perform data entry and verification tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This position requires consistently meeting department standards for precision and speed while carrying out data entry and quality assurance tasks. Additional responsibilities include:

• Operate & maintain both high-volume industrial scanners & desktop scanners.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and technical staff.
• Work in a production environment with deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Perform alpha-numeric data entry into computer systems.

LOCATION + SCHEDULE

• On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
• 2nd Shift, Full-time Schedule!
  • Monday Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM
  • No weekends!

PAY + BENEFITS:

• Salary: $12.50/hour
  • 2nd shift is eligible for additional shift differential pay!

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must type a minimum of 6,000 KPH
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Excellent organization skills & attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
