Job Description

• Performs a variety of clerical work in connection with the preparation, processing, and maintenance of records. Ability to perform a variety of tasks requiring initiative, sound judgment, organization, and prioritization is required. Computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

  Typical task breakdown:

• Check processing, manage incoming mail, basic office tasks.

• Will be trained in ES systems/software’s.

• Manage paperwork. Most work will be done in ES systems.

• Work in Excel, Word. Heavy computer work, typing and data entry.

• Managing reports, download/manage files.

• Customer correspondence, some phone work/ processing payments over the phone.

  Education/Experience:

• 3-5 years related experience required.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Microsoft Word and Excel

• Typing – Basic typing skills (May be required to successfully pass a typing test.)

  Interview Process:

• Interview will be with Supervisor and one other team member.

• First interview will be via MS Teams

• Second round will be in office (face to face)
