We are currently hiring for Interim Nurse Consultants to fill a variety of interim positions including Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, MDS coordinator and more! Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathway's robust benefit package, as well as incentives! Hourly pay range of $45-$50/hr. DOQ plus benefits Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties: Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines Functions within scope of work as defined by the client Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Must have a current RN license in state 2-3 years of experience working in a clinical leadership role in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Facilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation Must be flexible for travel within the state which may require overnight stays.
