Highlights: Salary + commission Leads provided Absolutely no cold calling Full suite of benefits Our office is in Fort Lauderdale, FL Responsibilities: Receive live, pre-screened transfers Pre-approve borrowers Coach borrowers through mortgage and home-buying process Connect with real estate agents to expedite loan process Foster home ownership for the next generation of homeowners Cater loan products specific to clients’ needs Determine financing eligibility for residential mortgage lending Qualifications: Strong communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Licensed with NMLS preferred College degree preferred Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, no weekends
