Manager, Sales Operations Job Summary We areseeking a Sales Operations Manager to join us to drive MACOM's sales operationsprocesses. An ideal candidate is a quick learner who demonstrates strongleadership, independent thinking, possesses organizational expertise, is anexcellent cross-functional communicator, and has a passion for data drivensolutions & strategies. Thisrole is instrumental in the execution of the business with deep focus on manyaspects of the operation including strong price controls, administrativecustomer engagement, backlog fulfilment, channel management, and monitoringbusiness performance. AsSales Operations leader you will manage Sales Operations activities for adesignated set of product lines. This involves contract negotiation, quotecreation, business analysis and margin management. One of your main duties isto oversee price decisions to create product margin contribution and businessgrowth. The role is fast-paced and in close accordance with the business cycleand therefore requires individuals who are self-motivated with an analyticalmindset. He orshe must bring a strong sense of business management and demonstrate a solidunderstanding of the semiconductor supply chain given the scope of thisbusiness.
