**Job Title: Machine Shop Supervisor** **Job Description** The Machine Shop Supervisor will perform basic maintenance on CNC machines, including tasks like dealing with chips, changing oils, and coolant. This role serves as a helper to maintenance mechanics and involves assisting with facility duties throughout the aerospace facility. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on CNC machines. + Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks. + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Engage in maintenance repair, including hydraulics and pneumatics. + Support maintenance of heavy equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC maintenance. + Proficiency in preventive and reactive maintenance. + Skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in facilities maintenance. + Capability to handle maintenance repair tasks. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401K plan. There is also a requirement to work on Saturdays for approximately 6 hours with a 5/6am start. The work environment is a machine shop setting, characterized by a smaller, clean space where everyone is friendly and collaborative, offering substantial room for professional growth. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
