The Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role involves supporting mental health clinicians in establishing and growing their private practices through online resources. Headway facilitates insurance acceptance and provides marketing support to enhance client referrals and streamline administrative tasks. Clinicians have the flexibility to work remotely, maintain their schedule, and access assistance for patient care and insurance verification.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
