As a leader in marketing and consulting, we specialize in designing and implementing customized on-site marketing tactics for a Government-Funded Essential Program. By using a personalized approach for every prospective customer, we are able to assist underprivileged communities across the region to improve the quality of life and seek impactful alternatives for families to increase their socio-economic position. As our footprint expands throughout the Riverside area, we are seeking a driven Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our winning team.

As the Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will interact regularly with local community members, qualify them for available products we promote, and explain the value and impact the peace of mind products can have. In the Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator role, someone needs to be passionate and a sympathetic individual that can build authentic relationships. We need a Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator who has a strong desire to join a company where you can make a difference both on our team and in our local communities.

Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Create, distribute, and collect records of program participants
  • Create program activities and accurate participant records in unique databases
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members 
  • Be comfortable interacting in person with potential customers
  • Drive an extraordinary level of self-generated lead activity to build a referral pipeline 
  • Greet and assist community members in the division/program
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator with any day to day administrative support as required

Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • A High School diploma or GED required
  • A College degree in a related field is desirable but not required
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales, or Marketing
  • Team-oriented with the ability to create solutions independently
  • Driven to further one's career and make an impact 
  • Dedication to good attendance and punctuality
  • Devotion to the company’s mission


This position is entry level with exciting opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
