Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch technical support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within our support systems. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and develop effective solutions. Keep up-to-date with product advancements and industry trends to offer informed support. Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your technical skills and customer service techniques. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
