Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site)
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, administrative, and field roles

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective and timely recruitment strategies

• Post, source, and screen candidates through various job boards, social platforms, and ATS

• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in the offer negotiation process

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS

• Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

• Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities as needed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting , preferably in construction, energy, or skilled trades industries

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse candidate pools

• Experience using an ATS or CRM system

• Highly organized with a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple open requisitions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
