Three Sixty is a design/build company that designs, engineers, fabricates, and installs all aspects of interiors for commercial and residential spaces with a focus on hospitality. Composed of a team with highly creative design skills, resulting in custom furniture, custom interiors, and millwork pieces that are unique to the space and client. From a process perspective, we strive to achieve consistency and efficiency throughout our systems.

We are looking for an applicant that is highly motivated, has a great work ethic, and is a team player. You should have exceptional design skills, a background knowledge in hospitality and a portfolio showcasing creative design concepts. Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of professional design experience seeking a primarily in person, full-time position. 

Responsibilities

• Conceptual design presentations which include mood board, 3-D modeling, photoshop renderings, CAD drawings, image research, material selections, FF&E selections, and other job-related duties as assigned
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings which include bid and construction document sets, FF&E specifications, material and finish schedules all while keeping a budget in mind.
• Provide innovative and functional design solutions
• Proficient at ideation sketching
• Perform construction administration services including RFI responses, submittal reviews, site walks, and punch list reviews.
• Participate in coordination with consultants and vendors
• Work closely with your design team to promote a culture of design excellence and creativity.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficient in SketchUp Pro, SketchUp Layout, and other 3D modeling software
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop and inDesign)
• Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes
• An awareness of commercial and residential building codes
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Architectural and construction background desired
• Restaurant experience is a plus
