HOURLY BASE + MONTHLY BONUS 

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with general office experience and prefer some automobile insurance background.  This role is responsible for insurance follow up and correspondence after purchase of accounts.  Processes customers' auto insurance claims. Works with customers, insurance carriers, Mid-Atlantic employees and management on insurance issues. 

Above average knowledge of Excel is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus .

  What You'll Do:

• Responsible for heavy data entry
• Conduct outbound calls to customers and insurance carriers for claims processing
• Provide regular follow up on pending claims through completion
• Assist with inbound call regarding insurance issues
• Properly document any interaction on the appropriate account
• Follow-up to ensure insurance checks are received in a timely manner
• General administrative and clerical support
