Job Description

A K-12 educational setting in College Place, WA, is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support classroom activities and assist with student learning throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering instructional materials and reinforcing learning concepts.
• Provide individualized assistance to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision during activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in educational or similar settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting student learning.
• Relevant paraprofessional certification or coursework is a plus.

Location: College Place, Washington
Duration: Contract position for the full school year (NSY)
