Job Summary:
* Ability to safely use common power and hand tools.
* Calculate material requirements and cost.
* Skilled at painting walls, ceilings, and trim.
Carpentry skills which would include but not limited to:
* Constructing, fabrication, cabinet installation, trim and restoration work.
* Flooring removal and installation of carpet, tile, or other flooring material.
* Ability to work independently.
* Maintain and clean-up work area.
* Able to follow directions from management on job specifications.
* Manage material costs within a given budget.
* Complete quality projects on a timely basis.
* Communicate effectively.
