Assistant Import/Export Coordinator
Woodland Hills, CA
Full-time Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
$20 to $30hr depending on experience.

International cosmetics manufacturer and distributer is seeking an Assistant Import/Export Coordinator to join their team in Woodland Hills.

Summary: Seeking a dedicated bilingual Import/Export Assistant who is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. The ideal candidate must possess strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office, and other essential office tools. The role involves supporting office clerks, managing import/export documentation, and assisting with office tasks. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly organized. Experience in international trading is a great plus.

Responsibilities:
Manage import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Provide clerical support, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Communicate with suppliers and clients in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Assist with logistics coordination and ensuring timely deliveries.
Help with general office tasks and errands as needed.

Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools (required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Experience in international trading is a plus.
Prior experience in logistics or import/export operations is preferred.
The candidate must be able to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the United States.
