A fast-growing tech company is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Immigration Specialist to support its Global Immigration Manager in managing high-volume immigration workflows. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for candidates with legal administrative experience and strong communication skills. While prior immigration experience is preferred, candidates with general legal assistant or legal admin backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the immigration ticket queue and inbox, flagging urgent matters and ensuring timely follow-up Initiate cases with outside counsel and assist with drafting visa invitation letters and employment agreements Prepare and compile USCIS forms and supporting documentation for various visa types Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance) and external agencies to support case progression Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the Immigration Manager Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a legal assistant, legal admin, or immigration support role Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with immigration processes and terminology (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign) Reliable and responsive communicator Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Flexible and open to evolving priorities Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Report onsite in San Francisco 3–4 days/week This 6 month contract role is a great opportunity to gain in-house immigration experience and build relationships with the team, apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr ImmigrationJobs
