What You'll Do:

As our Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department, including:

  • Leading and Mentoring: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of HVAC technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all service calls are handled efficiently, professionally, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize service routes, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.

  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quality workmanship.

  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service department, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve goals.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all service operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of service vehicle inventory and parts.

  • Reporting: Generate reports on service department performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 in a supervisory or management role.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment types.

  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities.

  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record.
