Your Duties:

As our HVAC General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success, responsible for:

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of progressive management experience in the HVAC or home services industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and achieve ambitious goals.

  • P&L Mastery: Extensive experience managing profit and loss statements, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.

  • HVAC Expertise: A deep understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, technologies, and best practices, including current industry standards and regulations.

  • Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, adapt to market changes, and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey vision, provide clear direction, and build rapport with employees, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solver: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
