Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR leadership and business units to support day-to-day people operations, help implement HR initiatives, and ensure a positive employee experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a strategic HR role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to support key areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Help coordinate HR programs such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training sessions.
• Support team leaders with workforce planning, employee feedback, and team communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with data reporting and analysis.
• Participate in HR projects focused on improving processes, culture, and compliance.
• Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and applied consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Internship or part-time experience in an HR, People Ops, or related role is a plus.
• Passion for employee engagement, communication, and problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Workday) is a bonus.
