Job Description

Join our client's boutique law firm as a direct-hire HR & Recruitment Manager. Ideal candidates possess 7+ years of human resources and recruiting experience within professional services, a bachelor's degree, and have a proactive approach to daily tasks. About the Job:

  • Create, update, and implement policies and systems while ensuring firm compliance.
  • Manage all recruitment efforts and oversee a small recruiting team.
  • Oversee wellness initiatives and necessary compliance trainings.
  • Lead trainings, orientations, and onboardings for all new hires - both staff and attorney.
  • Handle all aspects of employee relations and performance management.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

About You:

  • 7+ years of human resources and recruitment experience is required, preferably in a law firm.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; A master's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills.
  • Proficiencies in MS Office products and viDesktop are preferred.
  • Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.

About the Position:

  • Salary range of $160K-$175K (DOE) + annual bonus.
