Ensure all creative tracking documents are consistently updated. This includes logging when ads are uploaded and confirming all relevant details are accurately reflected.

Generate new podcast promo codes using Shopify.
Coordinate product sends to podcast hosts using Shopify.
Create a monthly creative performance deck with top-performing creatives across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate (Seaweed Society Partners).
Track trends in social ad formats, influencer strategies, and competitor promotions. Share monthly highlights to inspire testing and creative development.
Assist with weekly reporting by updating spreadsheets across channels like ShopApp and TikTok Shop.
Log test outcomes from incrementality partner, Haus, and document learnings to inform future strategy.
Monitor affiliate coupon codes for leaks and fraudulent activity.
Maintain a clean and organized affiliate database by regularly tagging and categorizing influencers.
Assist with scheduling internal and external meetings for the Growth team and ensure all calendar invites are accurate and up to date.
