We are currently seeking passionate and outgoing Group Air Specialists to join our Burnsville, MN and Bozeman, MT offices. Our team works to provide excellent customer service to our clients by managing group airfare. Travel can be a daunting task and our team takes out the stress of air travel while building long lasting relationships with our clients.

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with clients by booking, selling, and managing group airfare from beginning to end
• Negotiate competitive group airfare rates and terms
• Effectively and quickly communicate and manage group bookings, deadlines, and invoices
• Price shop and monitor every group for better fares and itineraries
• Provide over the top positive support to customers over the phone and through email
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by anticipating and effectively responding to service issues and requests
• Be a part of a supportive team and contribute with a pep in your step
• Other duties as assigned that positively impact our customers and company

Requirements

• Excellent mathematical and problem solving skills
• Can demonstrate strong proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of email (GMAIL), Microsoft, and other online business computing tools
• Previous successful customer service experience
• Thrives both independently and in a team environment
• Communicates effectively and professionally with clients, peers, and management
• Ability to stay organized, prioritized and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is preferred, but not required
