We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Global Talent Acquisition to design, build, and scale our entire talent acquisition function from the ground up. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and as a player/coach this role is critical to our next phase of growth, requiring a leader who can define our global talent strategy, optimize our hiring process, and establish us as an employer of choice across all locations and technical domains. This position requires regular travel to all of our offices to ensure strategic alignment and support key hiring initiatives on the ground. Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership: Build & Scale Function Creation: Own the design and implementation of the company’s entire global talent acquisition strategy, infrastructure, processes, and policies from a nascent stage. Global Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global recruiting strategy that supports aggressive growth goals, focusing on hiring across both US and global locations, while maintaining compliance with local employment laws. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a single direct report (Recruiter) and strategically plan for future team growth as the company scales. Budget & Metrics: Define and manage the global recruiting budget. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of the hiring process, reporting regularly to the Leadership team. Operations & Process Excellence ATS Optimization: Maximize the utilization and efficiency of our current ATS, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and an excellent candidate experience. Process Improvement: Standardize global hiring processes, interview best practices, and offer negotiation strategies to ensure consistency, fairness, and speed across all departments and locations. Hiring Manager Training: Educate and train all hiring managers to ensure local legal compliance, internal fairness and a great candidate experience across the company. Contractor Management: Oversee the recruiting and transition process for key contractors, ensuring strategic alignment with our long-term talent strategy. Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding: Lead sourcing strategies and strengthen the employer brand. Technical Focus & Global Sourcing Technical Focus: Lead recruitment for high-priority, difficult-to-fill technical and leadership roles across engineering, product, and other core departments. Global Sourcing: Identify and implement effective, scalable, and cost-efficient sourcing channels for diverse talent pools in the US, Tbilisi, and remote markets. Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Partner with Marketing and HR to define and amplify our global Employer Brand and EVP, highlighting the value of working for a global AI organization with unicorn success and a compelling candidate experience. Collaboration & Compliance Hiring Manager Partnership: Build strong relationships with executive leaders and hiring managers globally, acting as a strategic consultant on workforce planning, talent gaps, and market intelligence. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion and implement strategies to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the recruitment process. Travel: Travel regularly to US and Tbilisi, Georgia offices to build relationships, conduct training, and lead critical in-person recruiting efforts.
