Provide ongoing support and guidance to help teams develop their skills and optimize their performance. Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply chain strategies with the company's long-term business objectives. Ensure that processes are scalable and adaptable to support future growth and changing business needs. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within supply chain and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as procurement, operations, logistics, and IT to ensure the seamless execution of supply chain practices and processes across the organization. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Design and deliver training programs to increase supply chain capabilities across teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain functions to measure the effectiveness of the supply chain agenda and the impact of best practices. Provide regular performance reviews and recommendations for improvement. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes, tools, and systems. Drive user adoption and resolve any challenges during the transition period. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain planning and logistics, with a focus on strategic leadership and process improvement. At least 10 years of experience in leading teams, particularly in a coaching or mentoring capacity. Proven success in building and deploying best practices in global organizations, especially in a non-operational leadership role. Skills: Deep understanding of supply chain planning methodologies, such as S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and capacity planning. Knowledge in the deployment of Key Performance metrics related to Customer Service, Costs and Cash/Inventory improvement.
