Position Summary:

To assist in the achievement of the companys strategic objectives and annual goals through delivering exceptional service and support aligned with Good Life Brands' vision, mission, purpose, and values.

Responsibilities:

• Create a care culture and positive customer experience.
• Assume full responsibility for profit and loss activities.
• Oversee operational areas including HVAC and Plumbing services, profitability, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate communication with field and technical service teams to ensure best practices.
• Engage employees and align their efforts with company goals.
• Lead operational teams daily and communicate company goals and metrics.
• Assist in developing branch goals aligned with company vision.
• Develop budgets for sales, costs, and profitability.
• Manage team performance towards company objectives.
• Enhance company image through collaborations with customers, government, and community organizations.
• Build strong networks to support company mission and vision.
• Manage performance metrics scorecard.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred with 8+ years in a leadership role in multi-service businesses.
• Excellent communication skills, professional interaction at all organization levels.
• Ability to delegate and develop leadership in others.
• Collaborative, customer-focused work style.
• Willingness to lead teams effectively for positive outcomes.
