Job Description

Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Handle conference room logistics and scheduling.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.

Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.

Assist with document preparation and data entry tasks.

Support team members with administrative projects and tasks.

Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk and office environment.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

The successful applicant will have:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • SAP & Concur experience is required.
  • A professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
