Cast Your Own Future

We are immediately hiring for Foundry Production roles! Enjoy:

• Time and a half on Saturdays
• Double time on Sundays
• $2.00/hour shift premium on 2nd and 3rd shifts

Your Role

This is an exciting entry-level position for new hires. As a Foundry Production team member, you will:

• Train in various production or service departments
• Acquire essential skills to advance to specific job classifications
• Participate in weekend work and/or mandatory overtime

All assignments are in a heavy industrial setting and involve repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety policies
• Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs)
• Engage in Waupaca Foundry’s 6-S Program (housekeeping)
• Achieve training in ISO 14001 Environmental Certification
• Maintain a work pace aligned with on-time delivery goals
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Operate hand tools, machines, and other equipment
• Visually inspect products for defects

Selected candidates will undergo a selection process that includes interviews, reference checks, a pre-employment drug screen, a physical, and a job function test.
