We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Fertility Registered Nurse to join our reproductive healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fertility clinic, working closely with fertility specialists to assist patients undergoing various fertility treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and support patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and egg freezing
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by fertility specialists
- Monitor and record patient progress throughout the treatment cycle
- Perform ultrasounds and other clinical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop individualized patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations
- Participate in patient education and community outreach programs related to fertility and reproductive health
Requirements:
- Active RN license and registration
- Proven experience in women's health, reproductive endocrinology, or fertility care
- Strong understanding of fertility treatments and assisted reproductive technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
