Overview Superior Fence & Rail of The Midlands is an industry leader seeking full-time fence installers for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 5:00 pm. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain‐link. All tools and training will be provided. Pay starts at $16.50 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities The Superior candidate will: Be organized and detail‑oriented with a stable job history Have 1–2 years of fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry experience Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills Qualifications Minimum requirements: Previous experience in fencing, construction, roofing, carpentry or framing Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Physical fitness for heavy lifting and working in the heat Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses) Benefits Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays) 401(k) matching Company car Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer.
