Job Title: Facility Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

Job Description

The Facility Coordinator will oversee warehouse operations in Clifton, NJ, focusing on safety training, inventory management, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative support. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse operations ensuring adherence to safety compliance.
• Conduct safety training sessions for staff to maintain a secure working environment.
• Manage inventory and supply chain processes effectively.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is in optimal working condition.
• Facilitate vendor coordination and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in facility coordination.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety compliance.
• Expertise in inventory and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Familiarity with PIT driver records and audits.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
