Title: Executive Assistant

Pay: $40–$45/hr

Duration: Temporary, through end of June / early July 2026

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm (1 hr lunch); hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite (Tue/Wed) and 3 days remote (Mon/Thu/Fri), with occasional flexibility for additional onsite days if needed

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple C-level executives. This highly visible role requires managing confidential information, coordinating complex schedules, arranging travel, preparing materials for executive presentations, and supporting strategic projects. The position demands a proactive, organized professional capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials for executive and board-level meetings.
  • Research, analyze, and summarize data to support projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including board members.
  • Assist with planning and executing functional reviews or company-wide initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, tech- or sales-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility for occasional off-hours or weekend availability.

Skills / Tools:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies and software tools as needed.
