An organization in the education space is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate with internship experience looking to work in a fast-paced environment. This is contract role with potential to convert.

Pay: $30-35/hr, Salary: $65k

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive
  • Anticipate needs proactively and manage priorities effectively
  • Maintain calendar, manage scheduling requests, communicate changes and anticipate scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments and staff, overseeing communications both internally and externally
  • Handle phone calls and visit requests
  • Prepare and manage expenses for the executive
  • Coordinate office operations, including communications with other executives and stakeholder as required
  • Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects, documents for review, and reports, with respect to deadlines and competing priorities
  • Assist with tracking philanthropic contributions and gift administration
  • Oversee data management and reporting for the department
  • Coordinate and support special projects and events, conduct research, and analyze data to support meetings and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of prior administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Highly proficient in using MAC, iPhone, iPad, and Google Suite applications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
