About the Role: An Events Assistant at Brand Avenue is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. This role involves working closely with the events team to deliver memorable experiences that align with the company's goals and values. 

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate functions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare event materials, such as signage, promotional items, and presentations.
  • Manage event registration and attendee lists, ensuring accurate and timely communication with participants.
  • Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and teardown.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase attendance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
