Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily tasks required to keep the Epic Radiant module operating at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot issues as required.
• Coordinate with other IT staff, end users, department heads as required, to collect, analyze, and document business requirements and workflow.
• Maintain the Epic Radiant modules including, build, optimization, updates, upgrades.
• Demonstrates an understanding of interface requirements and testing.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• BS (technical discipline preferred)
• Epic Cupid and Radiant certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge Epic modules specifically Cupid, Radiant, Cadence, Optime, Bridges.
• Knowledge of IT (Networking and/or programming)
• Clinical experience preferred.
