Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative Entry Level Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. The Social Media Assistant will support the development and implementation of social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities - Content Support: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Social Media Management: Help manage and update the company's social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Schedule and publish posts regularly.
Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Assist in responding to inquiries and engaging with followers in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Assistance: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Track and report on campaign performance.
Market Research: Conduct research to stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations for improving social media strategies.
Analytics: Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Help prepare reports and provide insights to the marketing team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for social media and digital content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
