Job Description
Hiring Entry level Skilled Trades candidates in Louisville In this entry level role to get your foot into a trade you will be doing many of things in the shop. You will be helping prep material/product, masking and unmasking painted parts, move material, assemble material, use various hand and power tools, and more. This will get you exposed to a lot of different skills so you can figure out which way you want to take your career.
Pay: $18.00hr
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Growth opportunities: With this company there is almost an endless amount of growth. Since you will be starting off in their entry level role you can go many of paths such as; leadership, machine operating, welding/fabricating, painting/powder coating, engineering, maintenance, and more. There will be a lot of cross training in a lot of the departments so that you can figure out what you want to do long term. There is also a review after 6 months of being eligible for a raise if you are doing well. You also will be able to get your benefits completely paid by the company if you are under 70k/year.
Qualifications: - Mechanically inclined
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing/fabrication environment
- Eagerness to learn a trade
