Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of event planning and coordination while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion.
• Work with vendors to align resources.
• Create marketing events’ agenda.
• Communicating clearly with our marketing and management team
• Serve as the point person onsite for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field is a plus but not required.
