Job Title: Entry-Level Dental Assistant Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Days Signing Bonus: Up to $10,000

SUMMARY

Join our dynamic dental team as an Entry-Level Dental Assistant! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless patient experience while assisting our skilled dentists. Your skills in anticipating needs, maintaining a clean and sterile environment, and keeping accurate patient records will be essential to our practice's success and patient satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dental Assistance. Prepare essential dental supplies for each patient; proactively support the dentist during procedures, including assisting with x-rays, fillings, and managing suction devices. Sterilization & Maintenance. Clean and sterilize all dental instruments following rigorous safety protocols to ensure patient safety. Documentation & Coordination. Maintain and update patient records with precision and confidentiality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Recent graduates or those with at least one (1) year of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred. Proficient in basic computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE:

$18.10 - $20.00 CITY: Rochester

POSTAL CODE: 14617

This pay range reflects a good faith estimate of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. Future modifications may occur, and additional pay components may be available based on factors such as experience and qualifications.
