GHJ Search and Staffing has partnered with an international luxury hotel line in Miami to help identify an Accounting Clerk to join their team. The company is a leading hospitality company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
This role involves managing invoicing, payments, and maintaining accurate records. No degree required - just bring your enthusiasm to learn!
Responsibilities
* Generate and distribute invoices accurately and promptly.
* Process payments via various methods and reconcile them with invoices.
* Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate customer transaction records and reports.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Opera PMS is highly preferred
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
