Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled EDM Field Application Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in database management, scripting, and model-based engineering, specifically with Siemens Xpedition library tools. In this unique role, you will manage and maintain our Enterprise Data Management system, oversee data governance, data quality, data integration, and data lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
EDM System Management & MBCCA Champion:
Administer and maintain the Enterprise Data Management system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT teams to optimize data management processes.
Security & Compliance:
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Workflow Development:
Develop, manage, and improve customized workflows within the EDM system.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to EDM users and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
Design Efficiency:
Champion Model Base Circuit Card Assemblies (MBCCA) Deployment to enhance design efficiency.
Required Experience/Skills:
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
4-6 years of experience in Circuit Design.
4-6 years of experience in Schematic Development.
4-6 years of experience with Siemens Xpedition (Mentor Graphics).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering
Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Familiarity with EDM systems and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft).
Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture.
Experience with data cleansing, profiling, and data transformation techniques.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices.
Experience with data visualization principles and workflow automation.
Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
