What You'll Need for Success: The ideal candidate in this role should minimally have either a Master's Degree, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 3+ years of experience, or at least 5+ years of experience applying the below, outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role. Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports: This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs. Responsibility: The incumbent makes a substantial contribution in providing the leadership for development and implementation of Division programs. The incumbent recommends and executes changes in existing programs and practices which may influence total agency operation based on agency policies. Incumbent works independently and possesses sufficient technical authority and judgement for the work. Decisions may impact internal and external partnerships, customer relations, business development opportunities and funding opportunities.
Personal Work Relationships: Maintaining and developing work relationships is extremely important in this position. Working closely with associates within and outside of the organization will be required daily. The incumbent works collaboratively across the agency and with external partners on activities and to resolve problems that could impact work quality. Work may include navigating differences of opinion, controversy, or other interpersonal challenges in a professional and productive manner.
