Our medical specialties' footprint is rapidly growing in the western valley of the Phoenix metro area, and we currently have positions open in multiple locations. Practice & Compensation Details:

1. General GI consults with APP support
2. GI service line currently consists of 12 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers
3. RVU-based comp: Earning potential up to $1M (current experienced GIs at 90%)
4. Value Comp up to $60K/year
5. $50K Sign on plus relocation
6. Banner affiliated ASC Access and Investment opportunities
7. Experienced providers and new grads are encouraged to apply
8. Graduating Fellow? $1500/monthly stipend while you finish your training when you sign early!
9. Loan repayment of up to $ 100K for qualifying providers

Located on the west side of Phoenix, Banner Estrella Medical Center is a full-service medical campus. The 317-all-private bed hospital offers an array of medical services, including heart care, emergency services, general surgery, weight loss surgery, digestive health care, medical imaging, orthopedic surgery and a comprehensive maternity services program.

Banner Boswell Medical Center

Located in Sun City, AZ, just west of Phoenix, Banner Boswell Medical Center is a full-service medical campus with 410 beds offering an array of medical services, including heart care, emergency services, orthopedics, digestive healthcare, neurosciences, and more. 

Banner Del Webb Medical Center

Located in Sun City West, AZ, just west of Phoenix, Banner Del Webb Medical Center is a full-service medical campus with 404 beds offering an array of medical services, including cardiac services, women's health and maternity, robotic surgery and orthopedics, to name just a few. Banner Del Webb is the 8th largest hospital in the valley and has plans to continue growth to 500 beds in the near future.

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center

Located in Glendale, AZ, just west of Phoenix, Banner Thunderbird Medical Center is the fourth-largest hospital in the greater Phoenix area with 595 beds and an 890,000-square-foot campus. A Level 1 Trauma Center, Banner Thunderbird offers comprehensive care in all specialties.
