We're excited to bring Emmy Squared Pizza to Short Pump - and we're on the lookout for dependable, hard-working Utility/Dish team members to join our opening crew!

Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We've earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe - and now, we're ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area.

As part of our Utility/Dish team, you're the unsung hero that keeps the kitchen moving. From keeping dishes spotless to supporting clean-up and restocking, you help maintain the pace and the positive flow behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish station clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Assist with trash removal, restocking, and general kitchen and restaurant upkeep
• Support your teammates wherever needed during service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

What You Bring:

• A strong work ethic and great attention to detail
• Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to stay positive and productive under pressure
• No experience required - we'll train the right Employee!
