Salary & Compensation

The Salary Range for the role is $114,000.00 - $181,000.00 per year.

• New York Exempt: $64,350.00/year (NYC & Long Island), $64,350.00/year (Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester), $60,405.80/year (Remainder of NY State)
• New York Nonexempt: $16.50/hour (NYC & Long Island), $16.50/hour (Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester), $15.50/hour (Remainder of NY State)
• Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
• Washington Nonexempt: $17.66/hour (Bellingham), $21.16/hour (Burien), $20.29/hour (Unincorporated King County), $20.90/hour (Renton), $20.76/hour (Seattle), $21.10/hour (Tukwila), $16.66/hour (Remainder of Washington State)

Job Overview

At DaVita, were building an endtoend kidney platform that connects care for individuals at every stage along their health journeyfrom early diagnosis and prevention, through supporting the transplant process, to ensuring patients are supported at home, in our centers, and in the hospital.

Role Summary

In this role, youll lead the strategy for our patientfacing digital applications. Youll shape product vision, define strategic priorities and OKRs, and drive execution across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Team; translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Establish clear, measurable OKRs to track progress and drive outcomes; gain alignment and buyin from executive leaders.
• Lead the team of Product Managers across multiple product domains; guide prioritization and delivery of highimpact solutions that create value for the business and patients.
• Champion product discovery, partnering closely with research, engineering, and design to validate value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
• Collaborate with end users, clinical, gotomarket, and legal teams to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities, active initiatives, and product launch requirements.
• Regularly analyze product performance, user feedback, and business outcomes; share insights and learning with senior executives to inform strategic decisions.
• Translate results into compelling executiveready narratives that demonstrate product value and impact.
• Mentor and develop a highperforming team of Product Managers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth for team members.
• Encourage innovative thinking and experimentation, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve product delivery.
• Champion a modern product development mindset focused on speed, iteration, and usercentric problem solving.

MustHaves

• Bachelors degree
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in an agile environment, focused on digital products.
• 5+ years of people management with demonstrated experience in hiring, inspiring, and growing a highperforming team of Product Managers.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VPlevel stakeholders.
• Experience leading product vision, strategy, outcomes, and value rationalization across multiple focus areas.
• Experience aligning teams and roadmaps to a product strategy and vision; proven track record of building exceptional products.
• Exceptional problemsolving, organization, communication skills, and ability to get things done despite roadblocks.
• Inspire others to care about and understand the why behind a solution.
• Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
• Possesses the ability to thrive in a quickly changing organization.
• Strong relationshipbuilding skills and ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders.
