Your responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies and sales plans to drive revenue, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and sales leadership, and hiring, supervising, motivating, and training Sales Managers and teams. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH

Required Qualifications Experience: Media sales management (5+ years), leadership (4+ years), experience with major ad agencies Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, strategy, collaboration Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines, developing new business, sales reporting knowledge Travel: May require travel or client visits Preferred Qualifications Cable broadcast and television experience

Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and location, with potential incentives such as bonuses. Position's commission target starts at $118,866 .
