As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will be assisting individuals with disabilities in daily living, teaching life skills, facilitating community integration, and providing personal care like cooking meals, cleaning the home, laundry, bathing/dressing, focusing on independence via support plans, with requirements including empathy, patience, physical stamina, and relevant certifications (CPR/First Aid).
